I was pretty much having a panic attack during this entire shoot. I am so afraid of heights, and one of my biggest fears (after drowning) is falling off a mountain. Which is horrible because I live in LA and have to drive through canyons all the time! But, again, how amazing is this view?!?

J’ai eu une crise d’angoisse au cours de cette séance entière. J’ai tellement peur des hauteurs, et une de mes plus grandes craintes (après la noyade,) est de tomber d’une montagne. I love the word Fuck. Something about it is just so fun to say and you can literally say it with any emotion. I also love Pink! As someone who pretty much wears black all the time, I love other pink stuff! It’s so pretty. This is the Paul Smith store on Melrose and it’s painted pink, I decided I had to finally take pics there. Luckily my friend I was with bought a Pink electronic cigarette and I had my Starbucks obsession (passion tea lemonade,) which happens to also be pink. It was perfect!

J’aime le mot Fuck. Quelque chose est juste pour le plaisir de dire et vous pouvez le dire littéralement avec toutes les émotions. J’aime aussi le rose ! Comme quelqu’un qui peu près porte noir tout le temps, j’aime les autres trucs roses ! Elle est si jolie. Il s’agit de la boutique Paul Smith sur Melrose et elle est peinte en rose, j’ai décidé que je devais prendre enfin des photos là. Heureusement mon ami j’ai été avec acheté une cigarette électronique rose et j’ai eu mon obsession de Starbucks (limonade de thé passion), qui se trouve être aussi rose. C’était parfait!

My obsession with leather is starting to get ridiculous! I have been searching for leather jogging pants for such a long time, but I haven’t been able to find the perfect pair until now. I was at the Grove and I entered the Vince store for the first time, and first off, all the leather was so amazing! Then, it was like an angel was speaking to me…these leather jogging pants, I swear they had a glowing halo around them and the hallelujah chorus was singing. I want them so badly!!!

Mon obsession avec le cuir commence à devenir ridicule! J’ai été à la recherche de pantalon de jogging en cuir pour une période aussi longue, mais je n’ai pas réussi à trouver la paire parfaite jusqu’à présent. J’étais au Grove et je suis entré dans le magasin de Vince pour la première fois, et d’abord, tout le cuir était tellement incroyable! Ensuite, il était comme un ange me parlait … ces pantalon de jogging en cuir, je vous jure qu’ils avaient un halo lumineux autour d’eux et le chœur Alléluia chantait. Je les veux tellement!

I am not one to wear skirts. I feel awkward in them. Over the summer I bought a maxi skirt from zara, and wore it maybe once or twice. It has two slits on the side, so I decided why not put it over a pair of leggings and make some random Kanye-esque kilt type thing. And I ROCKED it! I felt like such a G! This is definitely one of my most random outfits.

Je suis pas du genre à porter des jupes. Je me sens maladroite dans des jupes. Au cours de l’été, j’ai acheté une jupe maxi de zara, et je l’ai porté peut-être une ou deux fois. Il dispose de deux fentes sur le côté, alors j’ai décidé pourquoi ne pas le mettre sur une paire de leggings et faire un peu d’aléatoire Kanye-esque ce genre de chose kilt. Et j’ai kiffée! Je me sentais comme un gangster lol! C’est certainement l’une de mes tenues les plus au hasard.

Happy Valentines day my loves!! Here’s something sweet, a new shirt from my line Rich Addictions. Now, I am technically Jewish, I don’t think of my self as religious. Although, I do pray to the fashion gods every now and then. They tend to deliver, or is that just the UPS guy? I have a new found obsession with beanies. I want to buy them in every single color and wear them every day. The Balenciaga store on Melrose is one of my favorite places, I love how it looks. I can’t afford to buy anything from there right now, but that doesn’t mean I can’t go there at night and take pics in front, right?! So, that’s what I did! I love the random gate that I found, but it was really creepy being behind it, I felt like a serial murderer was hiding there. I watch way too many horror films and crime shows. Enjoy my loves!

J’ai trouvé une nouvelle obsession avec bonnets. Je tiens à les acheter dans toutes les couleurs unique et de les porter tous les jours. Le magasin Balenciaga sur Melrose est l’un de mes endroits préférés, j’aime à quoi il ressemble. Je ne peux pas se permettre d’acheter quoi que ce soit à partir de là tout de suite, mais cela ne veut pas dire que je ne peux pas y aller le soir et prendre des photos en face, hein? Donc, c’est ce que j’ai fait! J’aime la barrière au hasard que j’ai trouvé, mais c’était vraiment flippant d’être derrière elle je me sentais comme un tueur en série se cachait là. Je regarde trop de films d’horreur bien, et les series de crimes. Profitez mes amours!
…Bad Bitch Movement. Made by two of the baddest bitches I know, the Bad Bitch Movement is a crazy fun new line that you can rock day or night. One of the head designers has been a good friend of mine since I was 13, Adriana Sahar. I remember when that season of ANTM where they went to Tokyo was on Adriana and I were obsessed with Harajuku Girl style! It makes me so happy to know that she’s doing what she loves, and it rocks! Is it just me or can’t you totally see someone like Cher Llyod wearing these pieces?! Everything is handmade. It’s actually incredible! Just, the fact that I went into my friends and all I saw in her room was filled with fabric, studs, sketches and sewing machines…it’s incredible. We all see the beautiful clothes in the stores, and we think “wow this is amazing,” but we don’t realize that a team of people has put their heart and soul into everything we wear, or see hanging. Going and seeing my friend work so hard really put that in perspective for me.
…Bad Bitch Movement. Fabriqué par deux des baddest salopes que je connais, le Mouvement Bad Bitch est une ligne nouvelle plaisir fou que vous pouvez balancer jour ou de nuit. L’un des concepteurs de tête a été un bon ami à moi depuis que j’ai 13 ans, Adriana Sahar. Nous voyons tous les beaux vêtements dans les magasins, et nous pensons que “wow c’est incroyable», mais nous ne réalisons pas qu’une équipe de personnes ont mis tout leur cœur et âme dans tout ce que nous portons, ou de voir pendre. Allant et voyant mon travail si dur ami vraiment mettre cela en perspective pour moi.

Ain’t Laurent Without Yves Shirt
Probably the biggest fashion story of the year was, the renaming of the famous Parisian fashion house Yves Saint Laurent to Saint Laurent. With Hedi Slimane behind the brand, the clothes have never looked better! The collections are absolutely amazing! The thing is most people are pissed about the Yves drop…I mean what about the iconic YSL logo?
Someone (don’t know who) has very succinctly expressed this disdain through a single graphic, available on black tees and crewneck sweatshirts.

Probablement la plus grande histoire de la mode de l’année a été, le changement de nom de la célèbre maison de couture parisienne Yves Saint Laurent à Saint-Laurent. Avec Hedi Slimane derrière la marque, les vêtements n’ont jamais été aussi belle! Les collections sont absolument incroyable! Le truc, c’est la plupart des gens sont furieux au sujet de la chute de Yves … Je veux dire que dire du logo iconique YSL?
Quelqu’un (je ne sais qui) a exprimé très succinctement ce dédain par un seul graphique, disponible sur les tertres noirs et sweat-shirts ras du cou.

It’s raining, it’s pouring! You can’t tell but it is! The weather in LA today was so crazy! It was pouring rain all morning, then it got really sunny, and then the sun was setting and there was not one cloud in the sky…yet it was pouring rain! Kind of made me feel like I was in the south!

So, I do this thing where I go to Barneys and Saks whenever I feel sad and just look at all the beautiful things. Although I cannot afford anything in those stores (let alone a slice of pizza) right now, I walk around them for hours. It makes me feel inspired to make lots of money! While I was walking around I noticed something, like an epidemic, everywhere I turned I saw miniaturized bags! I thought to myself, “how cute is this?! Everything is Liz sized!” I know I usually do just one thing on my #wantwednesdays but this time I figured I may as well make one giant mini want! That’s to say…I want all the minis!!

Donc, je fais ce truc où je vais à Barneys et Saks quand je me sens triste et il suffit de regarder toutes les belles choses. Même si je ne peux pas me permettre quoi que ce soit dans les magasins (et encore moins une tranche de pizza) en ce moment, je me promène dans pendant des heures. Il me rend inspiré de gagner beaucoup d’argent! Alors que je me promenais, j’ai remarqué quelque chose, comme une épidémie, partout où je suis retourné, j’ai vu des sacs miniaturisés! Je me suis dit, “Comme c’est mignon! Tout est Liz taille!” Je sais que j’ai l’habitude de faire juste une chose sur mes wantwednesdays # mais cette fois j’ai pensé que je pourrais aussi bien faire un géant mini-voulez! It’s crazy how in So Cal you can go from being in the City, to the beach, to the mountains, to wineries all just 20 min car rides from each other! Most people think of the beach and surfers when you say Malibu, but they also have some of the greatest wineries and farms! Like, where I am in these pics is in the Malibu mountains like 10 min away (car ride) from the beach. This guy has camels, zebras, horses, llamas and buffalos! The camel was so cute, I want one!

C’est fou comment en Californie du Sud, vous pouvez passer du statut de la ville, à la plage, à la montagne, à toutes les vignobles à seulement 20 min des balades en voiture les uns des autres! La plupart des gens pensent de la plage et les surfeurs quand vous dites Malibu, mais ils ont aussi quelques-uns des plus grands vignobles et des fermes! Comme, là où je suis dans ces photos c’est dans les montagnes de Malibu comme 10 min (en voiture) de la plage. Cet homme a des chameaux, des zèbres, des chevaux, des lamas et des buffles! Le chameau était si mignon, j’en veux un!
Je me sentais comme Dora l’exploratrice avec mon sac à dos!

Sandro is one of my favorite clothing lines! They’re owned by the same people who own Maje (another favorite!) In Paris there are Sandro stores everywhere, it was legit heaven! But in the US, or Los Angeles at least, they only sell Sandro in a few select Bloomingdales. But, when I was walking down the famous Avenue Montaigne, after checking out Chanel of course, something told me to turn right on Rue François 1er. There it was, a brand new Sandro store!! It’s only been open in that location for a few weeks now. The location is absolutely amazing, and the people that work there are so friendly! Can’t wait for the Sandro in LA to open!!

Sandro est un de mes lignes de vêtements préférés! Ils appartiennent aux mêmes personnes qui possèdent Maje (un autre favori!) A Paris, il ya des magasins Sandro partout, c’était vrai paradis! Mais aux Etats-Unis, ou à Los Angeles au moins, ils ne vendent que Sandro dans quelques Bloomingdales. Mais, quand je me promenais dans la célèbre Avenue Montaigne, après avoir vérifié Chanel bien sûr, quelque chose m’a dit de tourner à droite sur la rue François 1er. Is it Spring yet?! Okay, as much as I love layering up and looking all cute for Winter I can’t wait until I get to wear shorts again in the Spring! When I think of Spring, I think one thing COACHELLA !! Is this not the perfect Coachella outfit, especially for night time?! I have friends that specifically go shopping just for Coachella clothes, and when I saw this on the Nikki Rich site my mind immediately went to Coachella! Hmm…I wonder if they announced the line-up yet! Okay, just look at the color combo, that amazing green with the almost salmon pink it’s so Louis XIV gorgeous! And the mullet blouse, just says flower child. I can totally see myself wearing that top and dancing in the desert. I am so not that much of a hippie girl, but Coachella brings it out in me! Hey, you gotta let loose once a year right? Even the moccasin style booties are to die for! Like this is a look that you can wear day and night in the heat! I love it!!

Est-il encore Printemps! Bon, autant que j’adore porter des couches et être adorable pour l’hiver, je ne peux pas attendre jusqu’à ce que j’arrive à porter des shorts à nouveau au printemps! Quand je pense du printemps, je pense que d’une seule chose COACHELLA! N’est-ce pas que c’est la tenue parfaite pour Coachella, surtout pour la nuit! J’ai des amis qui précisément vont faire du shopping pour les vêtements juste Coachella, et quand j’ai vu ça sur le site de Nikki Rich mon esprit s’est immédiatement rendu à Coachella! Hmm … Je me demande si ils ont annoncé le line-up encore! Bon, il suffit de regarder le combo de couleurs, ce vert étonnant avec le saumon presque rose c’est si Louis XIV magnifique! Et la blouse mulet, dit simplement hippie child. Je peux totalement me voir porter ce haut et danser dans le désert. Je ne suis pas du tout une fille hippie, mais Coachella le ressort en moi! Eh, tu dois lâcher une fois par an, non? Même les chaussons de style mocassin sont incroyable! Ca c’est un look que vous pouvez porter jour et nuit dans la chaleur! J’adore!

Happy Hanukkah to me!!!! A couple of days ago I finally got this pair of Sandro Albatorock Sneakers (Albatorock is the name of the shoe, not the line)! They were on my #WantWednesday before I left for Paris (here), and since there is a Sandro store on every corner…I couldn’t resist the temptation! Also, I begged my dad until he finally gave in just to shut me up lol. I love getting things that I put on #WantWednesday , it feels like such an accomplishment! I decided to have a little photo sesh with my new babies…I’m such a proud mother!

The Puces is probably the most famous flea market on the planet! I’ve been going since I was baby. I haven’t been in a while so when I went this time, I was able to truly appreciate all the vintage goodies! It’s crazy, you have one section that has such expensive furniture and vintage chanel and hermes. And another section which is the completely different, where they sell knockoffs of everything. The contrast is crazy. I low-key felt like Sherlock Holmes in my outfit. It was fun! Oh and if you go, there is this amazing restaurant called Le Petit Navire, and they have the best Mussels!

Les Puces de Saint-Ouen sont probablement le marché le plus célèbre de la planète! J’y vais depuis que je suis bébé. Je n’ai pas été depuis longtemps alors quand je suis allé cette fois, j’ai pu vraiment apprécier toutes les bonnes choses vintage! C’est fou, il ya des marches d’Antiquite meubles de toutes les epoques ainsi que des accessoires de mode vintage Chanel et Hermès etc… Et une autre partie qui est la complètement différente, où ils vendent des imitations de tout. Le contraste est fou. Je me prenais pour Sherlock Holmes dans ma tenue. C’était amusant! Oh, et si vous allez, il ya cet étonnant restaurant appelé Le Petit Navire, et ils ont les meilleurs moules!

I love suits!! I have yet to find a great affordable suit that fits me! I’m really trying to find a printed one, and this one is gorgeous!! It reminds me of something Wes Anderson would have one of his movie characters wear! Ok, so it’s a bit (or way) out of my budget at the moment..but, that’s why it’s #wantwednesday and not “look what I can buy on wednesdays!”

J’aime costumes! Je n’ai pas encore trouvé un costume abordable qui me convient! Je suis vraiment en train de trouver un imprimé, et celui-ci est magnifique! Il me rappelle de quelque chose Wes Anderson aurait mis sur un de ces personnages dans un de ces films! These were taken in LA on Monday at LAX right before I checked in for my flight! I was dying of heat! When I left LA it was 80 degrees and I was so layered up it’s not even funny! But, when I landed in Paris it was 45 degrees (weather I am so not used to,) so the layers helped a lot! I am in love with my backpack btw! My mom usually takes all of my pictures and since she’s still in LA and my dad in Paris works all week it’s been hard to take new outfit looks…but I promise I’ll try to get a bunch!

Elles ont été prises à Los Angeles le lundi à LAX avant mon arrivée pour mon vol! J’allais mourir de chaleur! Quand j’ai quitté Los Angeles ce était de 80 degrés et je portais autant de couches ce n’est même pas drôle! Mais, quand j’ai atterri à Paris il faisait 45 degrés (un temps, je suis tellement pas habitué,) de sorte que les couches a beaucoup aidé! Je suis en amour avec mon sac à dos! Ma mère prend généralement toutes mes photos et puisque elle est toujours à Los Angeles et mon père travaille à Paris toute la semaine ce a été difficile de prendre de nouvelles photos … mais je vous promets que je vais essayer d’obtenir un tas!

I hope everyone in the US is having a wonderful Thanksgiving! I am in Paris right now and until now didn’t have access to my computer since I got here. I am so jealous of all the yummy food everyone gets to eat today! Save some Pumpkin Pie for me! Moving on to way more important things…tomorrow is the best holiday of the year… Black Friday!! Yes, it is a holiday! And one of my favorite designers, Patterson J. Kincaid is having an amazing sale!! I so wish I was in the states for this! Thank god for online shopping is all I have to say! They have so many cute things on sale! Remember in my CUSP Dressing Room Daze I tried on a fur vest…well, that pretty baby is on sale! So cheap too!
Anyway please go shopping for me! I’ll be with you in spirit!! Maybe I’ll have a little Parisien shopping spree of my own. I already bought some cute stuff (jeans that actually fit!)

Seems like just yesterday the Isabel Marant Bettys were on my #WantWednesday. Now that I’ve had those for a while, I’m thinking of adding a new pair of sneaks to my collection! I’m pretty sure this is the perfect pair…I mean come on, they’re leather and studded! Ok, so the deal is, I saw them at Bloomingdales a couple of weeks ago and the way they displayed them made it seem like they weren’t for sale. And I can’t find them online anywhere in the US! Hopefully I can find them in the shop in Paris!

Sa fait un moment que j’ai ces chaussures, je pense à ajouter une nouvelle paire de sneakers à ma collection! Je suis sûr que ce la sont la paire parfaite … Allez, ils sont en cuir et clouté! Ok, donc, je les ai vus à Bloomingdales il ya quelques semaines et la façon dont ils les ont affiché donnait l’impression qu’ils n’étaient pas en vente. I have always wanted to wear heels randomly, but always felt really awkward about it. I decided to bite the bullet and go for it! I figured if I made my outfit super casual it would even out. So, I got my vintage ysl pumps on with my jeans and thermal and headed out to the mall! I think the starbucks cup adds more of a casual touch. Like, “It’s 10am and I’m wearing gold heels at the mall..but I have a starbucks cup so it’s all good,” if that makes sense.

J’ai toujours eu envie de porter des talons au hasard, mais toujours senti vraiment bizarre à ce sujet. J’ai décidé de serrer les dents et allez-y! J’ai pensé que si je faisais une tenue décontractée, il serait même sur. Donc, j’ai eu mes vintage pompes YSL avec mon jeans et thermiques et dirigés vers le centre commercial! Je pense que la tasse Starbucks ajoute plus d’une touche décontractée. Comme: «C’est 10h du matin et je porte des talons d’or au centre commercial .. mais j’ai une tasse Starbucks donc c’est bon”, si cela fait sens.

Remember a few #wantwednesdays ago, I wanted the Isabel Marant Betty’s? No, well, let me refresh your memory (click here!) Now you remember! Great, moving on. Guess who just got them?!?! This girl! Who says they’re sold out?! So, I had to make post wearing my new Isabel Marant Betty Sneakers! I just love saying that!! Oh, and I’m wearing the black version of the white Brandy Melville Simona top (sheer here). It was a great week for me! And of course, I’m wearing my trusty Ray-Ban glasses.
